Outdoor games for kids work best when there is a group of children belonging to different age groups. Much of these games are those that you used to play in your childhood. Why not refresh your memory and share the timeless childhood games with your kids.
Here are some of the most popular and entertaining outside summer activities for kids: Bowling
Bowling can be fun for kids. Pick number of objects like candlestick, cartoon, pizza box, plastic bottle, empty container or a book that can be knocked by a ball. Line the picked up objects and ask your kids to knock the lined objects with volley ball, tennis balls or golf balls.
Passing the Ball
If there is a big group of children, ask all to make a circle. Give one ball to one of the kid and ask someone to turn his back can play the music. While the music is on ask the kids to pass the ball and stop when the music stops. The kid with ball in his hand when the music stops is asked to dance, sing or act.
Blind Walk
Create a path with obstacles and blindfold the kids. Ask them to look at the path carefully and then blindfold them. Note the time one kid takes to cross the path crossing the obstacle.
Pick Pocket Tag
Place a strip of cloth in the back pocket of all the kids. Ask them to snatch each other’s strip and collect maximum strips of cloth. The kid with the maximum number of cloth strips wins the game.
